Our Return Policy
We offer return and exchange services in the following situations:
Product Defects or Discrepancies: If the fireworks arrive with manufacturing defects, are damaged during transit due to improper packing on our end, or don't perform as advertised (e.g., incorrect colors, duds). This also applies if you received the wrong products, an incorrect quantity, or if the shipment doesn't match the specifications outlined in your purchase order.
Product Malfunction: If the fireworks fail to ignite or perform as expected, and it's confirmed to be a product fault rather than a result of improper storage, handling, or ignition on your part.

Non-Eligible Returns:
We do not support returns or exchanges if:
You change your mind after the order has been shipped.
The product is damaged or rendered unusable due to your incorrect storage or handling.
There are minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product performance and are within acceptable industry standards.
The product fails because you did not follow safety or operational instructions.
